Internal Auditing for Accreditation

In this course, the difference between certification and accreditation will be explained and participants will learn how to plan and carry out effective audits, how to create audit records and reports that add value to the organisation. Along the way there will be discussion of, and opportunities to practice, the often ignored soft skills of questioning techniques, active listening and how to deal with different people and behaviours.

Managers, auditors and staff subject to audits will all benefit from this course by learning the true purpose
of internal audits.
