Technical Quality Management

At its core, quality management is the act of overseeing all activities and tasks needed to maintain a desired level of excellence, including determination of a quality policy, creating and implementing quality planning and assurance and quality control and quality improvement.

Upon completion of this course, you will have gained knowledge and an understanding of:

• Quality management concepts and culture
• The development and role of international standards
• Selection, training and supervision of staff
• The accreditation process including signatory approval
• The development, documentation and implementation of quality systems
